I've never heard of people losing anything with lt's other than a little hard earned cash....time for an updated tune it sounds like. Motor is most likely dumpin way to much fuel.

Last fall I went 16.3 with exhaust, stock manifolds and cats, true flow intake, and a 93 tune ,full weight on stock 16s. This spring I went 15.1 @90.???mph with exhaust, K&N intake, Pacesetter Lts, ory pipe, no cats and an updated dual tune 89/93 with full weight, 20s on the front and 255/50/16s on the rear. This is an 04 ECSB with 4.8L and 3.42 open diff. Air was about the same, it was a little warmer this spring when I ran. That is a huge gain. The truck didnt run much stronger after the headers until the tune was updated.

The tune was strong, it would bark the tires on the 1-2 shift. When I got around to going to the track, the cats were starting to go bad, I think that was one of the problems and why I got so much gain.

are you guys running the Lt's with ceramic coating, or just the painted ones, or are you guys wrapping them?

i want the painted ones because they are cheaper, but the ceramics would be nice. hows the painted ones going to hold up to the salt and such we get up here in the midwest?

I'm just guessing that you meant you dropped 3 tenths, right? Not gained?

Kinda like 15.3 minus .3 = 15.0?

That would make sense.
