Pacesetter lt's

I have a 2000 z71 with vette servo, nelson 89/93 tune, no cats, 2 3 chamber flows, AEM intake, i am wanting some headers and i think the pacesetters are the best for the price. How much of a sound/power difference will i see? I am also considering the bbk tb, and new maf. Any more sugestions for bolt on's?

as far as boltons the only others i can think of are efans and pulleys
some people see 40hp from headers and more when they get exhaust and tune but you alrady have that so...
but make sure that you get a retune after installing the headers

yeh i will prolly get a few other mods and then call nelson and get a tune for all of it then install computer and everything in 1 day. Oh yeh i forgot i also have a 160 stat. I have a pretty big stereo system so would a alternator pulley be out of the question for accessories like that? How bad is a new crank pulley install?

New MAF - better mods available for the money. Have you found any Dyno results showing good gains with an aftermarket MAF sensor?
I'd recommend a torque converter to go with your headers before (WAY before) any of that other stuff.

I have not heard good reviews on the pacesetter quality would it be worth it to spend the money on a better set? Also would a higher stall converter with a big cam be a pain to drive everyday?

my pacesetters are pretty nice. i got the 72C2265 set, they revised this set over the old 2264. In overall quality the ceramic coating is very nice, and the fitment wasn't bad really. I haven't ordered HPTuners yet, but I can definately feel a big difference in power/pull with the LT's even though I'm running both stock cats and a single super 40 series flowmaster, which still flow decent. Once I tune it, there will be a significant increase in performance in combo with the headers...
IMO the pacesetters are the best bang for your buck, unless you can **** out a grand or so for stainless works, but i'm just a poor little white boy lol.

i put my PS LT's and ORY and it sounds a whole lot better, and louder. i noticed a medium difference in performance. i was hoping for a little more power but its still a noticeable difference. i'm sure when i get it tuned i will be able to tell a much bigger difference.
