Default pacesetter longtubes and ory

If I pull off my shorties and y-pipe and replace with pacesetter longtubes and ory will I have any issues with there being no cats? Will it throw any codes or be any driveability issues or is it just a straight up swap out?

You will have to tune out the rear o2s and tune for the lts and it will run rich if i remember rite
