I got mine even cheaper than that from one of our sponsors. It doesn't do any good to put high temp paint on them either like it recommends. I painted mine orange and they looked bad *** until we got it running right then it just peeled off. Look cool for a little bit though

you gotta use the right ****.
get high temp primer, and put two coats of that, and THEN you can use 1200* high temp paint found at ricerzone/oreilly's

How long have your headers been on and how are they holding up after you did that? Thanks.

Id rahter ust pay $200 extra and not deal with that crap. Plus its coming from a vendor so I'm not worried about anything else. Penny pinching always gets me in the end.

Not to mention, I HATE having to fix things and worry about stupid crap like this that shouldn't be problems from the start.

I'm more pissed that my offroad lights rusted and wont stay aimed and my catback rusted a small hole (I knew I should have went stainless!) than I was when I blew my trans. Its why I got PCM for less tuning instead of those other guys. Its why I wont buy cheap tires or wiper blades anymore.

Forget it, its $200 I'd blow on something retarded anyway.
