Pacesetter header install

well, im am going to have them deleted, but i dont know how to take the 02 sensors off the truck. Do i just follow the wires up and cut them off, or do i need to splice them into anything?
With the light out side, i was able to put the driver side header up without disconecting the steering. Last night I had a buddie trying to get the header up for me, but he did not have enough light to see. this morning they went up easily!
thanks for all the help guys! Now i just have to put the y-pipe on and figure out what to do with the 02s.

Well So far I would have to guess that i have put between 3-4 hours of work into it, and i still need to get the y-pipe on. I have been busy, so i have only worked on it around 45 minutes at a time.
one more question for you guys, did yall have to remove the trans cross member to get the new y-pipe on. It seems like I need about 1/4" to slip the y-pipe on.

here is a great write-up of all the tools needed to do the swap...if you can round up all the tools needed and have them readily available you can do the swap anywhere from 1.5 hours to 4 hours...

it doesn't take that long if you don't have to take out your y-pipe...prolly an 1 to 1.5 hours if you're not as skilled as tyler...took me about an hour and a half to take off my mac's, custom ory, cut the muffler off the hanger and put new headers on the other day...and thats crawlin on a creeper...air tools are definitely a plus
