Took about a month to get mine and they are located about 20-30 miles outside of Houston. The excuse they gave me was that they were waiting for a part, which happened to be too f**kin' small 
I barely received a tracking number after emailing and calling them for a week and a half. IMO, UPD's customer service sucks!
