I finally ordered the crane cam:
208/216
113LSA
.530/.530 lift
It'll be two or three months until I get to install it I can't afford the installation costs ($600+tax-thats the springs and cam). I'll let everyone know how it works when I get it in.
Thank you to everyone who has been answering all of my cam questions.

maybe if we ever have a truck meet, you can save yourself some fat cash and get it installed on site with some help.......that'd be interesting.....

Cool, you finally got it! Did you get my last e-mail I sent you about your header question?
You should try to do this install yourself man. Honestly it is pretty simple...my tranny shift kit install was harder.
Good Luck bro.

Ryan23silverado: Thanks man, for all your help! Yeah, I got your last email. If you wouldn't of helped me decide, I'd probably still be trying to figure out what cam to get. I would try to install it if I had the slightest clue what to do. Knowing me I could probably get everything off and not get it back on! Have you raced any Mustang GTs or anything like that since you installed your cam? Thanks again.

Might be pretty close to tell on a 4.6L Mustang GT with your gears. Id' say you are right next to them now or a bumper ahead with your computer being changed with the Jet programming.
I have stock GTs beat dude but I also have a little bit more power if I need to use it at the flip of a switch.

Do ya'll think I could outrun an ext. cab dodge R/T? I was on my home tonight and this ext. cab R/T kept reving at me. I would have raced him but we were stuck in traffic and then he turned. I'm wanting to say I could at least hang with him from a roll. What do ya'll think?
