Circusboy- That should be a fun ride when it is done!! I seen you have headers... Did you have the remote start package on your truck from the factory? If so, does it work after you installed the headers?

 

No. I didn't get the remote start package. This truck is a WT that I built with all the packages I wanted. Basically it's an LS without power windows. The headers are for the 06 truck, but they fit.

 

Thanks for the information! GM tied the emission equipment into the remote start, so if you remove any emission equipment the remote start won't work.. I didn't know if you just tuned around it, or didn't have it.. Thanks!

I sure hope so, lol. I would think you can tune around the remote start. These trucks are so tuned from the factory it's not funny. My truck was retarding time on deceleration. now it's fixed
