Okay, I must confess. I ragged on the roots a little much. The Radix kit is a very top notch and well thought out kit. The supercharger does perform very well, as proven by many on this board. You will not find the air 'leaking' past the rotors with the newer designs. The only time something like that occurs is if you had relatively straight rotors and were trying to stack a ton of air in the manifold.

Moregrip it is simple thermodynamics man The Ideal Gas Law: pV=nRT

honestly, that formula doesn't mean much to me because I'm not able to understand it, that's why I was asking you to explain what effect you feel it has on the twin screw compressor?
I'm more of a gearhead and wrench turner than a thermodynamics guy.

can someone help me out here?

We need to have at least fight - this is getting creepy

As far as the turbo going down, a new upgraded one is $1,000. Not too bad. How much is a SC rebuild - I think a friend did one a few years ago for about the same $$$, but don't get me to lying.

I'm not sure what post he was referring the gas law to but, it's just a law that relates how pressure, volume, and temperature of an ideal gas relate to each other. It just shows how if you change one or more of the variables how it effects the others.
