me too me and bad **** have had good luck with these combos i would not go with the 4.10's but that is my opinion i would go with a 125 to 150 shot.

I am also a big fan of "one change at a time". You may like the feel and performance of the 3.42 gears with thw 3k stall. You may also like your gas bill with them as well since you do a lot of highway driving!

on the highway you won't see much difference with the stall. going to a 4.10 gear will keep the converter from being under load all the time and give it more life. i see no reason to not go with a 4.10 gear and converter. i wouldn't do them both at the same time though. if you're planning nitrous or a supercharger down the road a 3.73 or 3.90 might be a better choice. if N/A is the choice, 4.10 and the converter will be a very nice combo.

You mean install them at the same time? They will probably be installed about 2 weeks apart.

What kinda gas mileage could you expect with a 3000 stall? And how would if affect towing, as far as a flatbed with my Formula on it?

Does 250 sound about right to get my converter installed?

yup. $250 sounds good.

i still think 4.10's are too much.

i think it was chingon on here that had yank 3000 and 4.10's and he was very dissatisfied with that combo. the 4.10 was too much and he had vids of him doing burn outs and getting no traction on launching.

i think it was chingon, not sure though.
