OK guys, newbie to the LSx Truck needs advise on exhaust, intake, etc.

I have never heard Gibson on a Chevy, but my buddy had the dual sport on his Hemi and that sucker had alot of resonance. And it was usually at the lower RPM's, during acceleration. If you do not mind me asking, what did you do with the tip that came with the kit?
