Heads been ported?

If so, did you use thread sealer on the intake rocker bolts?

no port, sealer thread yes

Just replace the seals. I would rebuild that one head because part of me thinks that maybe if one of them went bad on that side all of them might.

Keep running, 306k is easy work for a 5.3
