What Kind Of Oil Is Everyone Running. I Have A 2001 Scsb, Z-71, Hypertech, Throttle Body Spacer, Airaid Intake, Gibson Shorties, No Muffleers. I Switched To Synthetic At About 25000, And I Have About 52 On The Truck Now. I Have Been Running 5w-30 In It But I Saw That Mobil One Has 5w-50 Out Now, But I Didn't Know If It Was Good Or Not. Any Help Would Be Appreciated.

 

I dont know much about 5w-50 but i do know that if your vehicle hasn't been running synthetic oil its whole life that it can cause leaks by swithing to it

 

50 weight is not ness..
5w30 or 10w30 will work just fine
