Thanks for you help truckmann ill redo that tommarow.

I need to work on making it quiet as my neighboors already don't like me.

I have a spintech pro street with the stock catback. I think the noise I hear now is just because I havent fit everything together right and pluged up the bungs. What did you use to pulg them up?

Thanks again for the help.

No header wrap won't work... I tried that it helps for a while but in a short while it just wears through and starts ratting on the frame again. It doesn't need to be a very big dent.

As far as getting the pipes together ya I'd say that's normal...it is probably a little out of round from getting banged around in shipping. I had to do a little trial and error reshaping to get thing all together. Some heat on the outside piece may help but make sure to get it on and where it needs to be in a hurry cause it cools quickly and is a bitch to get back apart.

Those back bungs make a word of difference, they will cut the volume in half. I had a big box of misc. oil plugs, so I can't tell you what I used to plug them.
Is your truck 4x4?

No its 2 wheel drive.

Thats what I was thinking that the holes where going to make it noisy.

There is also a lot of noise up front but I guess thats what you get when you have aftermarket stuff.

People with OBXs did yall use the gaskets that came with the headers?I did and I dont think I heard any leaks.

I heard that a oil pan plug will plug up the bung also so ill try that.

They seem to be a very good quality header but they seem not to be engineered to fit our trucks.

I want to go crank it up now but im scared ill get the cops called by my neighboors.

Before I had my spintech pro street, that is made for vehicles with cats, I had a spintech sportsman that was made for vehicles without cats.

I wish I still had that muffler.

Couldn't you just go to a hardware store and find some M18 x 1.5 bolts?

Can you just plug them with the old O2 sensors?

Sure but they have 6 holes so you still need to find a couple of plugs. I believe there is an oil pan plug that will work. Not sure if it's easy to find bolts that size or not, but whatever you can find to fit in the holes will work.
