Default obs 5.7 long tubes

who makes a good set for a 99 5.7 obs tahoe that would come with a off road y-pipe. i'm not to concerned about having cats, but i need it to bolt up to my cat back exhaust system. pacesetter dont, i could not find anything w/ dynatech(and not that wealthy). i would settle w/ mid length if needed.

If you have a OBS then no...they make long tubes but you have to fab up your own y-pipe. Hooker is the place to look for long tube headers.

hooker 2462 hkr $180 for painted mild steel, $340 for ceramic coated, $550 for stainless steel 1 5/8" primaries and 2 1/2" collectors

Hooker 2806 HKR $420 for painted steel $720 for ceramic coated, 1 3/4" primaries and 3" collectors. These headers are equal length tuned headers but requier some engine jacking ti install.

My Hooker 2462 1HKR ceramic slid in from undre the hood. The 2462 HKR's and a mild 87 octane tune dropped my 1/4 mile time by 3/4's of a second.

Low rpm toqrue is greatly enhanced and high rpm power showed some nice improvements.

peace

No they don't have an off road y-pipe....you have to build your own or let someone do it for you.
