Default o2 sensors

anybody have problems with their O2 sensors rattling. nothing wrong with the sensor just sounds like crap when you are at a light and your ride is rattling. been replaced once allready but at 90$ a pop kinda hesitat about throwing that money back out there

Funny you mention this, I have had some SES problems and it says that my o2s are slow to respond. I just noticed that my o2s are rattleing......

maybe this is a stupid question, but how often should you replace your 02 sensors? do you gotta change all 4 or just the front 2?

hmm, i never thought to check that, but for a long time, i had this annoying sound from what seemed to come from the drivers side.

fwiw, about 10k miles ago, i put on some Hamm headers and had two insufficient switching from the two front sensors, after trying all sorts of things, i just decieded to live with the SES light, well about 10k miles later, my SES light went out. and no more codes. glad i didnt spend 90 bucks a piece to replace them..

yeh the o2's rattle replaced the drivers side and now i think the passengers side is doing it. 110$ for the front o2's and 80 for the back

I don't bother with the rear O2 snsors I'm running sims, but my Tahoe goes threw front 02 sensors about every 6 months.I think it has something to do with the longtube headers and no Cats.

well, it was not my o2's rattleing, it was my pass side cat.
Looks like it is time for the new high flow OBDII cats that just came out!
