Default Not too sure this will fit under my stock hood..

Thought I'd share a few more pics of the intake setup I am switching to.. I also marked on both the intake opening on the Super Vic and Vic JR that I have with the Felpro gasket to give you a better understanding of the port differences. Hopefully I don't loose too much bottom end. But then again, the 4,900 verter probably won't care..

What fuel rail looks better? The black one ot the Edelbrock one?

I know I need to do something about the valve covers..

Here is what the gasket looks like against my heads.. Also looking down the intake port while sitting on the motor:

Here is the height of this set up:

Finally the Vic JR vs Super Vic gasket..

Nice looking setup. It should fit. I have that exact setup with a carb hat on mine, minus the nitrous plate and I still had a couple inches of clearance. Except....I just realized yours is not going into a 99-07 truck And I just realized you have an extra spacer in there too. ****

I like the look of the Edelbrock fuel rails personally....it gives some color and character to all of the bare aluminum up there, and it also somewhat matches the nitrous plate.

Your running a Super Vic or a Vic JR? The Super Vic is a bit taller..

Vic Jr.

So when I said "exactly" the same setup in my first post, I really meant "not even close to the same" setup
