Default Not sure where to put this.... Ebrake Problem!!

I think my sensor is out.... I dont want to get it fixed... But it will not stop dinging....

It thinks the parking brake is still pushed in... when infact its not...

Is there a fuse or wire I can cut to get it to stop dinging!!!

I believe the switch (sensor) is in the parking brake pedal. I have a single lead that appears to go into the pedal assembly. I can't see the actual switch. Given that mine will alarm with the slightest push of the pedal, I figure it has to be in the assembly. Don't know if disconnecting it will leave the alarm on all the time or off all the time. I'll try to look at my Helms tonight to be sure.
