Default Normal VHO time?

Well finally got to test out the nelson tune this weekend. We ended up racin at Cherokee County Motorplex in Rusk, Tx. As far as weather goes it was about 74* with humidity around 50%. Ive been told by more than one person that Rusk is just a slower track. Here is my best time...

R/T- .022
60'- 2.146
330'- 6.001
1/8- 9.187
MPH- 77.13
1000'- n/a
1/4- 14.360
MPH- 93.91

Is it just me or does my 1/4mph seem slow. All my mods are in sig. but I did steal my 27-10.5-17 off my z-28. I know the tire is way too short cause my front is prob. 3in taller than the back with the MT streets back and the 31 on 20's up front. It has to be a brick wall goin down the track with the nose in the air. Like I said everyone thinks the track is slow because I raced with my bud who has a 06 GTO 6-speed w/cai,catback, and he ran a 13.6 @ 102. Oh yeah and he couldn't get by me until the 1000ft mark Anyways just wanted your thoughts about the times...thanks
