Ok so everythings hooked up! i mean everything!

It cranks but it wont turn on, i checked for fuel and i'm getting plenty, i'm just not getting spark.
on the connection above the coil pack i tested it out and i get 12v
but after that there's no spark at all, i got the wiring harness and the pcm from the donor truck.

any ideas?

 

Are you saying you are getting 12v to the coils but nothing out of them?
