Default NO OIL PRESSURE!

finnaly got my 6.0 swap done...i start crankin it to build pressure cranked it over liek 20 times atleast start it up...oil pressure rises then falls to zero and check oilpressure light comes on! what the ****!!!!!!!!!

oh how the nightmare continues....here this crazzy *** noise while its on for liek 45 seconds go under the truck its dripping helllla oil out form the filter but the filter is on tight pull out the dipstick and theres alot less oil....im think the crazzy *** noise was the oil spraying out what the hell....question are the 6.0 and 5.3 oil filters the smae size or they diffrent its been so long since i bought this filter i dont remember whcih on i bought now....

sorry about the typing im a little scared and typing hella fast i hope its not the oil pump cuz then id be fucked...but if it was the oil pump i wouldnt be getting oil out of the filter right? it had presure for a little then it died out...

i figured it out.. the gasket on the oil filter was never on right.. i mean the filter felt tight but it was never on right....got a new filter and case of oil last night started right up and had pressure and nice idle... got a nice exhaust leak on a flange on the y pipe but thats nothing. cant wait to tune this weekend

Cool. I was about to say check the gasket, but you figured it out. The same thing happened on a friend's truck.
