It installs between the injector and the intake manifold as you said. It is somewhat expensive and is just a direct port nitrous kit that doesnt require drilling of the intake manifold.

if GMS advertise's there LS1 MAF sensors for trucks/f-bodys then why wouldn't the NX MAF kit for 4thgens work on your truck? I was actually going to use the LS1 Fbody Wet Plate system from TNT, but the only problem with this is the fan schroud is in the way.

the ls1 maf has the IAT sensor on the MAF i believe. i know that the wires for it are on the plug for it. Ours have 3 wires where the ls1 style has 5 wires and also has removable maf ends where ours doesnt. Our MAF is the same design as the ls6 maf though.

I was just curious as I was looking at getting the GMS one thru Summit. They actually have it listed as a LS1 GMS MAF for LS1 fbodies/trucks. Either I'm not seeing something here or...? GMS also has it listed the same way at there webpage. I would assume it would work with both since that is what they are advertising. So then the number of wires could be diffrent but they might also have the same plug in?
