Newbie Cam Help

I'm new here and i have a 2006 5.3 crew cab....Mods so far i have stainless works longtubes,high flow cats,magnaflow tru-x,true duals with 40 series dumped,and a volant intake..What is the best cam to run with my setup? Eventually im going with the radix setup also...Can i keep my stock springs or if not how hard are they to change? Any help appriciated...

Look at these:
Vinci truck cams
Then decide do you want to shift higher than stock, is it a daily driver, are you going to get a torque converter with a higher stall, do you want low end TQ or high end HP, stock or choppy idle?
All this will affect your cam choice.
The "trucker" (see link above) is a good choice or the GT2-3 if the Radix is in the near future. Do a search for the GT2-3 and read up on it.

I want a choppy idle and it is a daily driver and about the torque conveter...I most likely will upgrade the trans and covn....all at the same time down the road....i was going to run a 100 shot but not sure....
