New User just saying hello
Just want to say hi to everyone, I have been reading in this forum for the last couple of days and I Just got to say that I have a lot of respect for what you guys do 
and what you all know and I am amazed at how much work has to be done just to shave a couple of 10ths off a quarter mile time! This is my first truck/v8 I love it and lets just say ill never own a car again. I have done a few cosmetic mods and now am looking into performance. I know its just a 4.8 and I have seen some with respectable times in this forum so my goal for right now is to get into the 12's without forced induction. and I look forward to plenty of ignorant questions along the way and maybe someday I can help someone.

I, too, had a 4.8L this time last year. I had no intentions of doing any extreme performance mods, but these guys have helped me spend most of my money this year, and now I have a nice street/strip setup. Good luck with whatever way you decide to go, and these guys are the best on the net when it comes to ls1style trucks.

LOL yea in accordance with the unsupportive wife it will have to all be overtime pay that goes into this so yea it will be one thing at a time but I think first just a tune and dyno to see where im at then to the track im hoping just to be in 15's but thats pushing it. After that, first stage I am thinking of getting headers and cam together.

Finally some more Florida peeps. Welcome! 
I usually make it down to OSW several times during the winter for the No Bull Nats. Not sure if they're doing them again this year or not, but if they do I'll be there!
