Default New times and some grip.

I finally got some slicks and went to the track with a full bottle. With 14 psi in the tires I went a 8.275 at 85.479mph. Not bad but still had slip off of the line, damn a stock limited-slip.
I went to the track in Denton, which I hate. The water box is only 20 feet from the line. This could have hurt me. I went a 8.895 at 77.720mph off the bottle. My truck just doesn't leave like I think it should.
I had to live up to my name and add a little timing with my LS1edit, 2 deg. on the whole map . One bad burnout later, I staged and hit the juice. HOLY CRAP!!! I went towards the wall, the Syclone beside me, and then the traps, off the gas three times and still managed an 8.62.
No misfires or knock retard during the run.
I didn't run my truck again, but I will keep the timing in it for thursday. I beleive 8.0s possible.

Thats right on for a 12 second slip with nitrous and 13s NA. What were your 60' times?

On your 4L65E, were there any electrical or physical differences from the 4L60 you had before? Did you have to modify anything to get it to fit properly?

60ft times are 1.940 N/A and 1.958 on the cold. Slower on the juice . Although, I do feel it will run good with grip and the timing the advanced. It hits hard off the line with the timing.
4L65 parts, upper and lower planets and a reaction shell bearing kit, slide right in.

My truck is blue. I will be at kenedale thursday and will be at ennis on the 15. I am sure 8.0 is possible with the 100 shot.
