I would not comment either if I got beat . I was there (at Firebird) on Sat. and saw a lot of the test and tune runs. First off much lighter and modded more is an exaggeration. One of the Chapman trucks was an extended cab with 20in. wheels and the other a short bed on 18s w/ drag radials. Yes they had traction bars but I do not think anything else that yours did not have. Second the one Xtreme truck was similar to yours with traction bars and a stock air box running 13.5s on 20s, the other ok was on e.t. streets,no traction bars,no headers or exhaust, using a STS Turbo kit w/meth inj.on a 4.8ltr. and it was running 13.7s on e.t. streets and 14.0s on stock tires. I believe that truck ran 16.7s stock, did I mention 4.8liters, now thats impressive.
Actually Todds truck smoked them all except for one xtreme truck that went 13.5... Todd made his fastest pass in the middle of the day with myself in the truck... and considering I know both of the drivers of the other trucks, one of which I see on a daily basis and she admitted he was fast... However the standard cab chapman truck DID get a faster pass on the following day early in the morning but Todd didnt have a chance in the good air like he did. Todds truck is just faster, plain and simple and that isnt accounting for his heavy tonneau, 22s, full stereo system and 2 full suspension systems / brake kits sitting in his bed that hes too lazy to ever take out.

Watch for the truck in a week after I get his cam and tune in there

OK now explain SMOKED THEM ALL. The last time I checked a 13.7(which was the other Xtreme truck) was still faster than a 13.8. As far as the others go, 1 to 3 tenths of a second does not constitute a smokin' of anything. I am not saying that Todds truck is not quick, but please inform us of all the ones he "smoked" and what they had done and their times.

Nice truck man.... Glad to see you are making good 60' times on the street tires..

Your truck is excatly like mine in alot of ways... just not my motor.... YET.

I am going to be putting an intercooled STS kit w/ methanol on my truck here pretty quick... I seriously cant Wait!

Don't let anyone rash you about the heavy SCSB... my truck's gotta weigh at least 4700 lbs.

BTW- what size tires are you running? 265/35? or 40 series?? and what brand?

Are you running a stall(probably been asked)?? how do the tires hook up on the track?? Do you have a locking differential or posi in the rear?... let me kow, cuz I'd love to have 60' times like that when I run my truck fully loaded on the track.
