Default new to site and a few ?s

first post over here at ls1tech, been lurking for a while here and learning a lot. anyway, i'm looking at picking up a 99-05 truck and was wondering what kind of mileage you guys are getting out of your blown 5.3s (magnacharger and whipple) i definitley won't be able to keep it stock when i get it.

next, i picked up a 6.0L (supposedly) intake for dirt cheap w/injectors and all. how can i confirm that it is from a 6.0 and what is the flow rate and pressure for the stock injectors. i'm thinking the injectors will work well for a efi conversion on the old school SB in my 68.

Thanks

first of all welcome to the site. I dont' have a s/c so i can't give you exact numbers but i would say you can expect at least 18 mpg if not more.

as far as the 6L intake, get the numbers off of it and try to match it up on www.gmpartsdirect.com use that website as a reference for part numbers...they aren't a sponser so i can't say you need to buy from them.
