Default new racetrack

Does anyone know where i can get some information on building a Racetrack. A couple of investors asked me to get some info on building 2 tracks at once one for horses and one for vehicles. i got all the info for the horses but need info on dragstrip. rules, regulations, law, I know this is not truck related but you guys seem to know alot about race tracks.
thanx.

RGVSierra, I have not sold mine. I really have not made much of an effort to sell it. I did put a "for sale" sign on it and this lady offered me 17.5k cash for it. I want at least 19k for it. I don't know maybe I am asking too much for it. My truck is in great condition and the dial just turned to 28K miles. I have been looking for a used 02, but I have not found exaclty wha I am looking for. I want a pewter or white, 5.3, step side, less than 30 miles and rc or ext/cab. I have seen a few at the local dealers but was very disapointed in the their condition. Will having a whole week off from work for Spring Break so I will be on the lookout. My plans now are to buy the truck first and then pay off the loan when I sell my truck since my truck is paid off(if that made any sense).
