New Here!!!!! Want To Do Mods!!
Alright guys.... I just bought my 2005 Chevy 6.0 LD 2wd 4Dr
I love my truck... I use to drive a 1999 Honda Civic... I "riced it out" as alot of
you would say... HAHA
Anyway... I want to be in the 9's by Summer...... Money is no Object Im.. welll dont like to brag.... but im very rich.......
I was reading the post about this guy "Parish8" putting a 408 in his truck... I want a 502 or what ever can put at least 1000 to the ground..... I want to be able to smoke the tires from 60....
This would only be a weekend driver... as i already own 2 F-BODIES and really dont like making a car that is already fast.... faster....
What is the first thing I should do towards my 9Sec goal...
I have already ordered CAI, T-rex cam....(for the engine i am going to buy)
I bought a 4400 stall converter and am hoping to have a 700r trans coming...
WHAT ENGINE SHOULD I PURCHASE.... I WANT POWER....

the trick to 9s is trying to keep the front spinners still while letting the rears spin when your staging so u wont upset the weight distribution on the launch.....GAS BRAKE DIP!

I bet my truck will be faster than yours be the end of fall....
And I am not.... very rich
Good luck though, if you are for real. A 502 isn't something we are seeing too much with Gen 3 motors btw.

Foreal Guys.... Im not joking.....
I really like that 427.... I think im going to order that in the morning.... Im not sure if I want to do Nitrous yet....
I think Im about to go STS??.... maybe the G70 kit.... I need to talk to Tbyrne...
I still cant decide on weither to go STS or Supercharger?? Which unit will I be able to get more power out of ?..... I still think I might wanna take the untaken road and get the 502 with a weiland supercharger... and maybe a little shot of NO2

screw it just get the 427 twin turbo's and the biggest damn nitros kit you can find then put big ****** slick front and rear and break the whole damn drive train. 
and then sponser me with a little of that richness.
