with a cam a little extra flow goes a long was. Mill them while your at it. Milling can be done in half a day with a machine shop thats not to busy. Porting can take a little longer. My heads took a total of 18 hours for both heads. But it was worth it. I cant wait to throw a cam in and see how much more power i get. Whats the lift on that cam?

Thats a perfect cam for a supercharger. With that lift you can probibly keep the stock springs, but id change them to be safe. With the cam and a little head work i bet you'll dyno at over 300rwhp easy.

I know nothing about cams etc, but what else would one need to install this?? Would I lose boost, by changing the cam or having headwork done?? Do I need new springs, pushrods????

New springs are almost a must with any cam swap. You could go with the cheaper Z06 springs and be fine. With ported heads and the cam you have you will see some awsome gains with a SC. You dont want extreme lift with boost. The Buick GNXs only had .4s on lift. You dont realy have to have push rods, but it would be a good investment. Oh, yea i didnt know you were going to run a SC when i said mill your heads. Thats not something you want to do with boost.
Hope this helps some, my knoledge is kinda limmited on this subject.

a set of patriot heads would ROCK on your setup....not to many guys have ran heads on stock motors so it's still up in the air on how much gain there is with them...but it's worth it if you want to spend the money. Call terry at patriot and tell him you already have a set of heads and that you'll send them to him and he can do the work on those, it comes out cheaper that way. i did it....just leave the valve sizes stock (2.00/1.55)....
