Default New headers on the way!!

I got a set of the tri y throleys coming to me by thursday and lookin forward to seeing how they do. any suggestions on setup and installation. has anyone put these on befor and any tips on what to do in the instalation. Its my first time puttin headers on so anything would be great..

slowprocess has them on his 6.0. he likes them a lot. maybe he will chime in and give you some info.

When I did mine, I was able to use my friends lift. Took us 2 1/2 hrs and changed the plugs at the same time. Hardest problem was changing #7 plug. One suggestion is to tack weld the collectors to the cats and finish welding them after you align the headers. Saves you some alignment time. To do it again, I believe we could have done it in two hours. Everything fit perfectly and no rubbing issues. After a week retorque all the bolts, some were tight and some I had to tweek.
