HE SAID CHEAP!!!

actually do a search on home made intakes. lots of info and not a bad price tag theres also a few free mods. check em out here--->http://www.sshotrods.com/

check out the air box mod, air tube mod, and the egr mod. most wont recomend the MAF mod, but i got my truck that way and havent had a problem.

then do a search on throttle body bypass. its not worth much, but its way cheap and dosent hurt. dont do the throttlebody mod if you live somewhere that gets really cold.

Thanks. I already did the maf mod. I've done that on every chevy I've had. But the rest are new to me.

I mostly am looking for low end power. Its my daily driver, and weekend warior. I hunt a lot, and like to play on the highway. I really need two trucks, but can only pay for one, so it has to be dual purpose,
My mechanical knowledge is pretty good. I'm not the best troubleshooter, cause I'm not real familliar with how things are suposed to work, but I'm an engineer, so trouble shooting skills are good. I can't rebuild an auto trany, never attempted body work, but can do pretty much every thing else.
