Default New flex-a-lite fuse didn't come in time!

I called them to get the new fuse holder a few days ago and they said it would be shipped free. Well today, I'm driving around and my CHECK COOLANT LEVEL light goes on. I check under the hood and the fans aren't going. I look at the wires and see that red power wire is burnt right were it plugs into the VSC.

I pull the wire off the VSC stud and the stud pulls out with the wire! I hope Flex-A-Lite will replace the VSC. I don't have the receipt anymore. Do you guys think they'll replace it? I called already, but they were already closed.

Well they replaced mine without a reciept but Chingon just recently tried and they wouldent do it without a reciept. I think they are goin to court agian the company that made the falty fuses so they need to see the receipt.

I just replaced mine with a custom harness this passed weekend. I had 2 of the terminals pull out of the housing when I unhooked it. Sounds like I made it just in time.

All you can do is try and get a replacement VSC. If not, I have an extra laying around if you want to work something out, PM me. Of couse I wouldn't rely on it for very long just because of what it is, but it would get you by until you found something else.
