What all have you done to your truck? Just the K&N and exhaust? What gears do you have? I have the same truck and was trying to get an idea what it would run before I went to the track

I have the stock 373 gears in it, and the intake and exhaust is all that i have done to it. i think mine is somewhat of a factory freak, cuz i eat all the other trucks around here like it But just with the intake and exhaust on 91 pump gas, i usually cut anywhere from 15.8's down to 15.55. The night i ran my best time i cut so many 15.60's it was retarded...

I actually think my truck might run a better quarter if i had a muffler on it, it seems to be slightly bogged down low end with the absence of back pressure... sure sounds good though

Get dynomax racing bullets they will add back a little backpressure but youwill still keep most of the sound I had dual straight pipes with an x-pipe and hen I got racing bullets and it was mean I will be going back to that setup shortly when I get my lt headers. Btw dont waste your money on shorty headers they are better used for a paper weight.

Cool. I need to do my exhaust. I just got mine out of the body shop yesterday. Put a lift and 33's on it so I'm sure its a bit slower now. Good to know how easy a solid 15 is. I'm getting a cam for mine. Maybe after the cam vette servo, exhaust and ls1 fans I will be close to the 14's.
