Default new exaust

well got the exaust on today. true duals with flowmaster 40 series. i'm happy with it. SOTP meter doesn't feel like i lost any low torque (like the 4.8 has much to lose in the first place) and it seems to pull a little harder up top. the sound is a little more metallic (?) than i had imagined but overall i'm happy.

Did you go with 2.25 or 2.5 pipes? Also do you have an intake or done anything to the stock one? That may help on your throttle responce from you other post.

I think he means getting coated up with carbon and such to deaden the "metalic" sound a little.

forgot to ask the guy what size tubing he put on there. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" /> i told him to just run whatever the stock was.
