ok, been busy, i got the BBk installed and i dont think i like it, the truck is too jumpy, the pedal is a little harder to move and then when it does move the truck lunges, maybe i will get used to it or maybe i need to adjust the stop, it has a screw, like an idle screw, maybe that will help.
i also tried hard to set up a cold air intake, it was geting way too cobbled up so i gave up, need to figure something out though. when i went out to for some runs my IAT was 32deg at idle and once i floored it and got moving it jumped to 90deg!, i have to be loosing some ET there.
also turned the tosion bars down 2 full turns, seemed to help just a little, i need to spend some time on my suspension.
now for the new ET, just so you know this is full weight and only 6psi. 13.04!! woo ho. it is also cold out so that may be why it was soo good. now for the bad news, i am running out of fuel, my fuel presure is droping from 62psi down to 50 or so at the top of 2nd gear, my 02's are around .95-.96 so i may be very rich.

I found a formula for calculating temperature rise under boost and it seems to be pretty accurate using your numbers.
You're right about giving up ET. You're probably losing 50hp without some form of intercooling.
That's strange about your pressure drop. You might want to try running a heavier power wire with straight battery power back to the stock pump.(with a fuse of course). Maybe the stock regulator has went bad and it shows up under boost.
When are your O2's at .95+? When your fuel pressure is high or low?
12's are so close but, things just keep popping up.

Cool. Cold air makes that whipple feel like a beast doesn't it?
BBK makes it lunge? Like super crisp throttle response? or Like very stick throttle and its hard to give it just a little without over doing it?

i have a number 12 wire going to that pump, it goes thru a relay and a fuse and that is it, my 02's never show the fuel presure drop, at least not with atap, it is prety slow. my o2's are around .97 in 1st gear and then .94-.96 the whole rest of the run. i could have tossed that 8psi pully on there and had a 12sec run tonight but i don't like that droping fuel presure. prety sure once i get my a/f right it will free up some fuel. fjo is coming on tuesday

lunge in a bad way, not crisp at all. it is hard to smoothly take off from a light. there is one adjustment, the idle like screw, that may be my whole problem, i am going to crack it open a little tomorrow and see what happens.
it is really loud too, i can hear the air going thru there(with my head under the hood), that part of it is prety cool.

that post makes perfect sence to me, i wasn't real confident about the unit, glad i only paid $100 for it. i will play with that adjustment screw and if that doesn't help just take it off. i don't like the way it drives right now at all.
i paid carefull atention to my boost and it stayed exactly the same with the bbk but i did run a prety good ET

your not folowing me, i am showing a 50+deg temp rise before the blower, my iat sensor is still mounted to the air box and before the blower. now for the big question, is the sensor just not acurate when there is alot of air flowing or is the air box realy geting hot under hood air?

Well, that's definately not good if that is what's happening.
I just plugged up my laptop and will try to get some runs logging the IAT later today. I know I don't pull in as much air as you but, maybe something will show up. My MAF flow rate maxes around 33+ max.
What airbox are you using again? Stock?

Neat...
62 to 50 psi is too big of a drop, I'd only be comfortable if the drop was <5psi... I think your pump is not good enough if you have enough voltage.
