new engine overheating/// HELP PLEASE
Here are the specs. 5.3 liter iron block bored .090 to a 5.7 liter. .220 cyl. wall thickness remaining in block. 9.0:1 compression stock stroke stock heads z06 cam,39lb/hr. injectors. new water pump, t stat, dual electric fans. It has a t4 t66 turbo intercooled meth injected. system was fine before cracking a piston and then building motor, now it overheats. small stock radiator is suspect, but cant pinpoint the problem, no obstructions in block and water comes out steam port in heads when filling system and checking for water presence. need to know asap.
you can call 920 277 9175 with any ideas.

What I did was remove coolant tank cap let truck get to where the thermstat opened. Nice thick glove and pump the top hose alot. I also pulled the throttle body bypass i had and s air bubbles came out. Had to do it for a while.

On a fresh build, I've purged the cooling system a few different ways. One way is to drill a very small hole through the thermostat. Less than a 1/16" or else I jam a couple asprins in the thermostat to hold it open during the filling process. The coolant would then desolve the asprins once the system was full.

I think you should replace your water pump, thermostat, radiator, jack up the passenger side of the truck to the sky, do a little dance, jump up and down a few times, Bitch, swear, drive around for a pressure tester, still not find a solution.....
Oh wait, we already did that tonight....
