Default New cam to match heads

I'm getting a set of heads for my 5.3 that have been "cleaned up" a little, and milled .020" with a 3 angle valve job. I plan to mill another .010, or .020, and use the thin head gaskets. I'm not sure the flow numbers, but how would a 212/218, or a 216/220 sound for a daily driven Z-71? I'm fixing to do a shift kit, and 2500 rpm converter. I think I'll stick with the 112 lsa to keep as much low end as possible, or should I go with a 114? I also like the Vinci 062, and can get a custom grind from camotion too. Thanks for the advice.
