Default Nelson tune on a stock 5.3

How much would a Nelson tune help out with a stock 5.3. I've heard really great things about this particular tune but just would like to know what to expect.

Hey man.....I put my NelsonPerformance PCM in my truck on Wed. Got about 180 miles on it right now, and it still keeps running better each time I get in it....because it's in a "learn" state. When it finds it's groove and maxes out I'll definateley be satisfied!!
I only asked Allen to tune mind for a "mild" daily driving range, and put my performance at W.O.T only, and asked him to tune my "Bust Some ***" performance on it and hook it to my tow-haul button.......and WOW....the daily driving is sooooo smooth and great power and acceleration. But when I ignite the Tow-Haul button......HOLD ON!!! It goes like a bullet!!! So far.....downed one Mustang GT 4.6, and downed a modified 01 F-150!! No Competition!
So do yourself a favor......GET THE TUNE, GET THE POWER...GET SOME TIRES!!!

So when I'm gonna do this I just give him a call tell what I need and he sends me a completly different PCM and I just hook it up. Also I live in Houston so would it be more benificial for me to take the truck to him and have it tuned.

Nothing beats a hands on tune! Get it done in person.
