hey guys im new here but anyway lets get on the subject i bought pacesetter lts for my 07 silverado classic 5.3 the headers they sent me cant be for my truck the collectors are gonna hit the crossmember and they have the place on them to connect the egr valve my truck doesnt even have a egr valve is there anythin different on a 07 classic than a 06? to me everythin looks the same i know some of u guys are runnin these headers so if have any suggestions il greatly take ur advice

 

unless they sent you the wrong ones these should work... just cap the egr port......
they should have come with a cap to cap off egr.. are these the headers you have????

 

yes thats what i have but the ones i ordered are for a 99-06 because its hard to find parts that specifically say 07 classic and its easier for me ordering parts to just put that i was wondering if there is a difference in my truck from the 99-06 because my collectors are gonna be so close to the crossmember the muffler shop doesnt have enough room to run the rest of my exhaust

 

just put mine in my 06 today with silver-mod-o. cap off the egr, it came with a cap. dont overtighten those wimpy *** bolts though, i broke one. there is plenty of room to run everything, you just have to drop the tranny crossmember to put it together.
