Hey guys i wanted to hear some suggestions on what to do to my dads 98 GMC Sierra 4.3L Vortec. I want to make it faster and quicker....
i need the help

Well, you cant start with the basics like CAI, exhuast, headers and maybe doing a gear switch,if the one's you have now or 3:08's. That'll give you some little extra ponies.
