No o2 extensions are needed. Don't know about 2wd and 4wd fitment. I believe that I used 2.5" band clamps. Be sure they are lap joint style. This thread may help too.

Those are the headers i have. Very high quality, nicely built and fit perfect, easy install. Best value/ deal on headers period .

But they seem to be a perfect fit on the 99-02 trucks, and hit or miss with tweaking needed on the 03 up trucks, Why i dont know.

They are the same. I asked the same questions. They are Bad *** for the price. Get some DEI 1200* spark plug protective boots for atleast three of the spark plug wires. Drivers side last two and passenger front spark plug wires come way to close to the headers for comfort. I rigged up the drivers side spark plug wires with zip ties to keep them away until I can make a permanent clamp and boots.

No o2 extensions needed. I needed to clearance a body bolt under the drivers floor board (have no idea why the bolt is that long to begin with). The system will also bolt directly to the factory exhaust. I did it until I can get it to the exhaust shop after the cam install. One note if you plan on installing yourself...heat the hell out of the manifold bolts where they connect to the Y pipe. They are a B@tch to get out if you dont heat them (damn near glowing red.) Be careful near drivers side as the fuel lines run on the frame.

I got fed up with the drivers side and just cut the Y pipe.

Money well spent. I live on Guam and they only charged me $80 in FEDEX shipping.
