Default Need Muffler Opinions........

Well guys, I would like some input on which mufflers you guys think would work the best for performance first and foremost, and second, not being so rediculously loud that you couldn't go thru town with out being pulled over. The setup is on a 408 w/ LT's and will have 3" duals dumped before the axle. It will also have cutouts. Any input would be appreciated.

well if your gonna have cutouts just get a pretty open muffler and put some kind fo resonator, glass pack or bullets, in front of it. That will be quieter still sound good and flow good. Then open the cutouts for racing.

Corsa. I have a y-pipe with 3" cutouts right off the collector so its full open exhaust when the cutouts are open then when they are closed nice and qquiet at cruise and still loud when I stomp on it. By far the happiest with this setup of any I have had.
