Yeah I think every truck should have at least long tubes, tune, and you can make your own cold air intake if your handy(bored) enough lol And some electric fans do alot for these trucks. I never bought the high price fancy ones, I just picked up two 14in(5.3l), 16in(6.0l) from autozone or ebay. Ran a relay to an ing source and went with it. Just make sure there high flow.E-fans are easy 10-15hp and more mpg's. Good mod
