Default Need Install Help Fast--radix

My Radix came off a 2000 Silverado 4.8. Going onto my 5.3 Tahoe. While installing I ran into a few issues.
1.The coolant return line was missing
2.The gaskets on the Radix are different from the stock intake gaskets
3.The injector wiring clips are different!! (Where the harness from the truck actually plugs into the Radix’s built in injectors) Mine are too big.

Can the wiring clips be swapped out? I guess I will have to buy the ones from a 2000 4.8?
Are they a dealer only item or does anybody know a seller?
Any suggestions?
I called Magnuson and asked for all the gaskets needed to re-install and the guy told me there was only one, the throttle body intake gasket. Wrong. I need all 8 manifold gaskets as well. The coolant line we are trying to bend and fabricate as needed to get it running. Any suggestions?

You can change the injector plugs but I wonder why you would need to? They should be the same plug as I understand it.

Is the plug on the harness too big or on the injector? If the plug on the injector is too big, the previous owner may have converted over to car style injectors and left the car injectors on the Radix? If it's the other way around, that the harness plugs are too big and don't fit then it's pretty strange.

What injectors are on there? They don't sound like the 42's (Marine 8.1) it should have come with...

As far as I know the injectors are the same as they came from Magnacharger. I could try and call the previous owner and ask. I don't know if the wiring harness on the motor was changed or if the radix plugs were swapped or maybe when it was shipped for a 4.3l it required different plugs. No Clue! Any Radix specailists in the house?

Very strange. I was under the impression that all trucks shared a common injector plug size.

I recently had to cut my plug injector harness and splice in car injectors to go largerthan the 42's. Sure sounds like something was swapped on yours.

No, if he by chance has the flex fuel 5.3, then the injectors will be different.

I have the electronic throttle body, not the cabled version. That caused a few wiring issues. I don't have the VIN with me as the truck is still at the shop. The receptacles on the Radix are more rectangular and thin where the plug wires on the truck are square, and bigger. I will call the shop and have them get me the VIN in a minute. I don't know if it's duel fuel or not and I won't be able to get pictures until tomorrow. I'll keep updating this thread until we get it right.....Thanks for the help.
