Default need helpful advice and input on cams

ok i've been looking around and pricing everything and trying to make my mind up so i can be set on what to get for my truck. the truck is a 02 rcsb sierra, volant ram air intake,4.11's with locker, built 4l65E, tune, full exhaust from manifold back with high flow cats. E fans. the plan is

listed first to last
1. cam
2. springs
3. pushrods
4. longtubes
5. new stall.

i have a built 4l65E, but the stall i ended up with (i told the guy i wanted a trailblazer one but he didnt give me that come to findout) is a B85TLCX and i've been told it stalls 2000-2200.

the questions i have are, with the cams listed below, which would i see the best hp/tq gain with but still be able to drive around town on weekends. the truck is a weekend/ play toy that i WANT to be in the low 12's NA. i'll buy the stall according to the cam i end up with..

the cams i've been looking at are
220/220 .581/.581

224/224 .581/.581

228/228 .588/.588

231/237 .595.598

im not dead set on any at the moment but am looking at them and trying to decide whats best.

any info would be great, maybe even dyno proven power gains?? or if you wouldnt mind listing your cam set up and track times if NA. i wanna go 12's WITHOUT the help of FI or spray. ALSO if i'm going to need my heads milled or anything like that , it would be greatly appreciated if you'd let me know. still learning about all this .

not low 12's but a tr220/112 and a 3600 converter should get you in the 12's.
just ask your tuner about it...
