Default Need help picking out my pistons for a 408

I am going to order some new pistons for my motor. I have a Eagle crank, Copmustar rods, and need pistons for a 408 build. The motor will have Dart 225 Pro 1 heads. The pistons that I am looking at are Wiseco with a -3.2 dish. I will be using the stock 6 liter MLS gasket if I can on a .030 over block. If my calculations are right I will have a CR in the 11.78 range. I have two questions, can I use a MLS gasket on a 4.030 bore and if so then will that CR be too high for pump gas and maybe a little N2O? No more than a 150-175 shot at most. Or should I look into another set of pistons with more dish? That is assuming a piston deck clearence of .016 does that sound correct? Thanks guys, the block is a 6 liter iron block. This is going in my Camaro behind a 6 speed.

Somebody please help me because I am having a hard time nailing down eactly the thickness of the stock MLS gaskets. I thought I read that it was .064 but I guess I just read that it was .054. Thanks

Yes is that good and does that CR seem too high for pump gas?

Nevermind upon looking at the site again since I am running stroker rods I can only get a -8cc dish.

The -8cc pistons are what im using, and with a 64cc head you should be around 11.3 CR. And yes you can use the MLS gaskets with the over bore, in fact i am using those as well. There is some confusion on the compressed thickness of them, if i remember right the majority of people say they are about .060

Ok so if you are using the same stuff I am except my CC of my heads is 62cc. So I should be in the 11.4 or 11.5 range I would think. How does yours run on pump gas and have you ever sprayed it? What heads are you using?
