Have in mind that curently I have a 2800 stall,410s,gibson shorties and high flow cats
Cam ;LS6 ,spings, what else I will need?

3200 verter at least
Performabuilt lvl2

Either way your going to need a good exhaust, so i would look into that first.
Cam down the road in the 220-230 area.. This is just my opinion on how I would go about it..

I would ditch the shorties and get LT's and an exhaust. The cam should be cheaper than the exhaust.

I had a higher stall TC before and didn't like it , I want to get a performabuilt but don't know if I should get the lvl 3 because of the truck being too heavy .

If money is no object then obviously the level 3 would be the better choice. The higher the stall, the better on procharged setups; I wouldnt run anything smaller than a 3k. You should post over in the forced induction side, you will probably get better advice.
