There is pictures here and it tells you how to do the swap. 06 chevy e-fans 01 chevy
Thanks for link, he sure did a nice right up about it. I was reading it and it says that I would need to swap out radiators for the 34" one if mine is a 28", now my question is when measuring do you measure the overall length or just the aluminium part of the radiator? My radiators overall length is 34" and the aluminum part is 28".

Yes, you measure from the core. The clutch fan has a smaller core radiator.

I would get the radiator(if its any good) the Fans, and the wiring from the donor.

If not get a new radiator from any parts store.

Good morning everyone, so last night I was looking at the DBC throttle body and tried putting it on and noticed it won't fit because of the fitting that comes off of the 06 intake, it has the same fitting coming off the 2000 throttle body is it as simple as canceling one of them or is there more to it? Oo and one other thing how big of an engine hoist do it need?

So long as you get your dirty air you should be fine, id pull the elbow out of the throttle body and tap it and put a pipe plug in... As far as engine hoist goes, as long as its tall enouh to get the engine over the core support youre fine... Engines are fairly lightweight comparatively...

Thanks, a buddy of mine let me barrow his engine hoist but in urder to get it to reach far enough I have to set it at 1/4 ton, I'm pulling it out with the transmission still on.

Had a quick question what is that flexible hose that goes from the manifolds to the intake ? The new engine does not have it, I wouldn't need it right? Here is a picture .
