Default Need help FAST please

I just got my cam in. Its pretty small. 206/212 with 112 lsa. I cant get my truck to idle at all. I had the tune tuned for this cam. Did the tuner mess up? I put the new PCM in and did an idle learn a couple of weeks prior to doing the cam swap could this be my problem? I really don't want to drill my tb. Any suggestions? Thanks

Adjust the idle at the TB untill you can get your tune figured out.

No... don't drill any holes... There is a screw in your TB that you can move to adjust the idle. This should not permanent. It's only to get it to idle and drive around while you get an update for your pcm to get it to ide.
If I am not mistaken this screw is called the set screw.

I would definitely try the set screw before I drilled any holes. I know when I did mine it fired right up without any adjustments to the tune. Drove it for a couple days with no problems at all. However* when a buddy of mine took my negative battery cable off as a practical joke, it went nutz and couldnt find an idle for like an hour of re-learning.

Just curious how it runs off idle, can you get it going if you drive with two feet?
